Understanding the Language of the Lobby

When you browse our slots, live tables and sportsbook, you'll encounter terms that describe how each game works, how odds are set, and how your wallet moves between deposit and withdrawal. Knowing what RTP means helps you pick slots that match your session style. Understanding rollover tells you what's expected before a withdrawal clears. Recognising Asian handicap or over/under frames the cricket

and football markets you follow on BPL and IPL nights. We've gathered the core terms here so you can move through the lobby with confidence, choose games that fit your budget, and manage your account without guessing what each label means.

Game & Payout Basics

These are the terms you'll see most often when you open a slot, join a live table or check a game's information panel. Each one describes how the game pays, how volatile it is, or what type of round you're playing.

Return to Player. The percentage a game is designed to pay back over millions of rounds. A slot with 96% RTP returns 96 units for every 100 wagered, on average, over its lifetime.

The built-in advantage the platform holds in any game. If a table has a 2% house edge, the platform expects to keep 2 units from every 100 wagered across all players, long term.

How often and how much a slot pays. High volatility means rare but larger wins; low volatility means frequent, smaller payouts. Medium volatility sits between the two and suits most session budgets.

The amount you stake on a single round, spin or bet. Also called a stake. Wager requirements describe how many times you must turn over a bonus before withdrawing any winnings from it.

A large prize pool attached to certain slots or table games. Progressive jackpots grow with each wager across the network until one player hits the trigger combination and claims the full prize.

A real person dealing cards, spinning a wheel or hosting a game table via video stream. You place bets through the interface while watching the dealer work in a studio, just like a land-based casino.

Betting Markets & Payment Terms

Once you move into sportsbook markets or manage your wallet, you'll encounter terms that describe bet types, turnover rules, payment steps and account verification. These definitions keep the process clear.

A betting market that eliminates the draw by giving one team a virtual goal advantage or deficit. Commonly used in football and cricket. A 0.5 handicap means the underdog starts half a goal ahead on paper.

A market where you predict whether the total goals, runs or points will finish above or below a set line. Over 2.5 goals wins if the match ends with three or more goals scored by both teams.

The number of times you must wager a bonus or deposit before you can withdraw. A 5x rollover on a 1,000 Taka bonus means you stake 5,000 Taka total across eligible games before requesting payout.

A digital payment account like bKash, Nagad or Rocket. You load funds into the wallet app, then transfer them to your casino account by entering the platform's account number and confirming with your PIN.

Know Your Customer. The verification process where you upload identity documents so the platform can confirm your name, age and region. Required before your first withdrawal to meet security and regulatory standards.

Optional account controls you set to manage deposit amounts, session time or loss thresholds. Once active, the system blocks further deposits or play until the limit period resets or you adjust the cap.

Using These Terms in Practice

These questions show how the definitions above apply when you browse games, place bets or manage your wallet. Each answer connects a term to the actual step you take in your account.

Tap the information icon inside the game window or check the game's detail page in our lobby. Not all providers publish RTP figures, but where they do, we display the percentage alongside the paytable and rules.

Look for the volatility rating in the game info panel or our lobby filter. If it's not labelled, high-volatility slots tend to have larger max-win multipliers and longer dry spells between feature triggers.

Only wagers on eligible games count. Check the bonus terms for the list of slots, live tables or sports markets that contribute. Some games contribute 100 percent of each stake; others contribute less or nothing at all.

Once you upload your national ID and a recent statement showing your bKash number, our team reviews the documents within twelve hours. Approval unlocks withdrawals; you'll receive a notification in your account inbox when it's done.

Yes. Go to account settings, select Deposit references, and enter a new amount. Increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period; decreases apply immediately to protect your session budget.

A 0.0 handicap removes the draw by refunding your stake if the match ends level. If your team wins, you win the bet. If they lose, you lose. It's a safer option when you expect a close game.
